2019 Black & White Magazine Single Image Awards
I received 2 awards in the 2019 Black & White Magazine Single Image Contest and these 2 images are published in the 2019 Special Issue featuring the contest winners. The first contest winning image is in my favorite category, Wildlife, and is of a young colt looking at his mare mom scratching her back along a fence line on Joe Murray's expansive ranch near Knights Ferry on Wilms road. The image is called "Scratch Patch" and you can view it on my Website Home Page as well as in the portfolio titled, Equine Images 2018.The second winning image is a classic street photography photo taken in downtown Oakland, although the category it was selected for was Still Life. You can view this image, titled "That's Disgusting" on my website in the portfolio called San Francisco and Oakland Architecture.
